One day, two news articles!

We are starting off these sort week in great spirits! Last week, two of Avila Cosntruction's projects were featured in the Monterey Herald Newspaper.

The Casa Boronda Agricultural Housing project, led by Project Manager Jeff Nohr and modeled largely after our hugely successful Tanimura & Antle Agricultural project "Spreckels Crossing", was unanimously approved by the Planning Commission. The project garnered wide support from local community agencies including Land Watch Monterey County, United Way Monterey County, Monterey County Farm Bureau, Grower-Shipper Association of Central California, Monterey Bay Economic Partnership, and Community Housing Improvement Systems and Planning Association (CHISPA)

The SVMHS Diabetes & Endocrine Center project was finished on time and on budget and, as a result, we received a special mention by SVMH President & CEO Pete Delgado during the ribbon cutting ceremony. Special thanks to Project Manager Matt Bouquet, shown in the attached pictured with Mr. Delgado, for consistently exceeding expectations on this project and many others.

We are proud to be leading the way on projects with such positive impacts on the community and look forward to many more!
